What goes into the follow-up queue?

How does Nudgequill choose an item’s next-action date?

Each saved item shows a next-action date based on its type and the timing rule in your workspace. You can set separate delays for quotes, invoices, and customer requests in Follow-up rules. The starting delays are 7 days for quotes, 14 for invoices, and 3 for customer requests; you can change them.

Can I write and edit a reminder draft?

Yes. Open a saved item to write a reminder draft or generate a starting draft, then edit and save it before review. Drafts stay attached to the item so you can return to them.

What can I do when reviewing a draft?

With a saved draft, you can mark it pending review, reject it, or approve it. Approval records a review decision only; it never sends the draft. To approve, the member must record that follow-up is permitted and confirm that choice.

How do consent and opt-out work?

For a saved draft, members can record consent as permitted or uncertain. Opt-out is recorded separately on the item. An opted-out recipient cannot be approved for follow-up, and the draft review controls remain blocked.

Can I adjust timing and private draft guidance by item type?

Yes. Follow-up rules lets you set a separate timing delay and private starting guidance for quotes, invoices, and customer requests. The guidance is optional context for a reminder draft; it is saved with your workspace settings.

Can I add a private note or route an item?

Accepted Answer

You can add or update a private workspace note on an item and save a reason for routing it to a workspace member. The current routing picker offers the signed-in member for that workspace, and the route and reason are stored on the item; it does not notify a separate teammate.

How do I get started?

Create an account or sign in. On first run, onboarding lets you request connection setup or open the follow-up queue. You can use the queue without making a connection request.

Question 9

Does requesting connection setup connect a provider?

Accepted Answer

No. A setup request records that you want a connection; it does not connect a provider. Provider credentials and authorization are still required before a connection can be verified. A request alone does not activate an external connection or send messages.

Can I import email conversations right now?

Accepted Answer

No. Email imports are unavailable until a real email connector is supplied. Requesting email setup does not provide that connector or authorize an account. Reminder-draft approval also never delivers an email.
